With a distinguished 25-year career in Canadian law enforcement, Dave Sweet is a retired homicide detective and now a respected consultant, author and speaker.
Beginning as a patrol officer, Dave’s trajectory led him into undercover work, task forces targeting gangs and organized crime, and ultimately a 14-year tenure in the homicide unit of a large western Canadian law-enforcement agency.
Throughout his service, Dave led investigations into some of Canada’s most complex and challenging cases, gaining national attention for his investigative acumen. His work is grounded in rigorously tested evidence-based methods and a commitment to preventing crime before it happens.
